Who's Running for President in 2024?

The 2024 United States presidential election will be the 60th quadrennial presidential election, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. As of May 16, 2024, the following candidates have declared their candidacy for the Democratic and Republican nominations:
- Democrats:
- Joe Biden (incumbent)
- Kamala Harris (incumbent vice president)
- Pete Buttigieg
- Elizabeth Warren
- Bernie Sanders
- Republicans:
- Donald Trump
- Mike Pence
- Ron DeSantis
- Nikki Haley
- Tim Scott
The primary elections and caucuses will begin in early 2024, and the party conventions will be held in the summer of 2024. The general election will be held on November 5, 2024.
